Costa Verde

Have only three hours for training? or just a funny ride?
This ride runs along the coastline of Lima city known as the Costa Verde.

Recommended for:
Everyone with average training.

Season:
All year.
Not recommended on rainy months: from July to September.

Riding time:
2- 3 hours approx.

About the Place:

Lima City has the ocean in front. During the last years governments have made projects (some well done others not really) to transform the Costa Verde road into a multi users place. That means that today we profit a flat cycle lane that covers practically the bay (a couple of small parts not completed yet).
This make this trail very safe to ride bikes, better early, when there are very few people there, except the sports ones: runners, surfers, swimmers, etc.

About the Ride

Starting from our place in Surco, we need 30 minutes to get to the beach riding across the streets, once there we could ride the cyclelane to complete maybe 30 or 50 Km, it´s up to you, it will will depend on your availability of time or the average of speed, or distance you usually ride.
So then, if you want to do a sport ride or if you just want to take a relaxed ride, this is the nearest and easiest choice.
Riding fast the whole loop of 50K+ it takes 2h30+ of cycling time.

Starting from our Headquarters

Take a taxi by app to our meeting point in Surco district, 10 minutes by car from Miraflores. Start/finish from our location.
