This is a wekend ride to the east side of the city by streets.
Perfect for low budget and good training on an average of 50K and 600mt of total climb.

About the Place:
The east of the city of Lima has a lot of high mountains that we must pass and leave behind if we want to travel to the Andes.
These surrounding mountains today are fulfilled with houses of different social conditions and some of them can be ridden with low traffic and good safety conditions, best on weekends in the districts of Surco and La Molina.
So if you want to do a good ride with some altitude to gain this is the right choice.
About the Ride:
Starting from our place in Surco, we will go to La Molina, the average ride is 50K and 500mt climb but may be a bit longer and more climb, depending on our goal and training.
What to bring:
Try to bring your own basic equipment: helmet, gloves.
Just a small snack and 1 Lt of water. Sunscreen in summer.
A wind vest or a couple of layers on winter days.
Important:
During July to September, rains are more frequent in the city, be aware of this issue, these days ride may be delayed or cancelled if the weather may not secure a safe ride. Lima is a city not well prepared for rain and when is wet it takes a lot of time to get dried.

Saturday and Sunday: 6:15 am (January to March: 5:45 am)
INCLUSIONS: Mountain bike hardtail or full suspension as available, helmet and gloves. If you bring your biking shoes we can include SPD pedals.
NOT INCLUDED: Meals, snacks, water or any personal spend.
Transportation from your hotel to our office (you may take a taxi to our meeting point in Surco, 10 minutes by car from Miraflores or Barranco, average cost of 5 USD).
OUR CONDITIONS:
Any broken or damaged part of the bike or equipment, made intentionally or not, caused by riders or terrain issues must get paid back at commercial prices (ex: frame, levers, gears, derailleur, tyres, wheels, helmet, gloves, etc).
Any injury caused by any reason during the ride is the full responsibility of the rider and any medical or transportation cost must be covered by the rider. This is an adventure sport activity subject by its nature to any kind of non-expected events.
