About the Place:

Maybe is not very well known but Lima is surrounded by mountains on the east side.
Pacha Trails are the best and nearest ride in the south of Lima, trails are located in the mountains known as Lomas de Pachacamac (Fog Oases).
The mountains known as Lomas de Pachacamac are high enough to give us the chance, during the last 30 years, to ride our bikes, and today new trails are being built for the new generations of mountain bikers.

How to choose your mtb trail:

It is essential to know your skills and training to choose the right trail:
1. If you don´t ride on singletracks and you prefer to ride on gravel pick the Pacha Valley ride.
2. If you are on the intermediate level of Mountain Biking and want to challenge for an adventure ride go to the Pacha Trails I  ride.
3. If you are strong enough and skilled, the Pacha Trails II section is the rightful choice.

The Trails:

Pacha Trails I: A 20-25K loop for riders that are looking for a good ride on singletracks but not too tough for climbing, typically an intermediate level with average training. With less than 600m of total climb, and 70% of the whole trail on singletracks.

Pacha Trails II: This is 85% of the ride on singletracks and 600 or more meters of climbing, targeted to intermediate to advanced skilled riders but well-trained.

July to September Winter Season Notice

Take note that during these cold and humid months is may possible to ride some sections of Pacha Trails I. In case it is raining too much we still have two zones to ride in nature, not the same kind of trails but good enough for a great ride: their names are El Cactus and Amancaes.
